Rajeev is a senior technology management professional with more than 20 years of experience in defining IT strategy and leading the implementation of mission critical technology systems within the Capital Markets Departments of some of the largest global Investment Banks. He has specialized expertise in Equities, Research, Sales, Regulatory Compliance, Derivatives, Operations and IT Strategy.
Prior to joining IQCIO as CTO, Rajeev provided consulting services to RBC and led the strategic architecture and implementation of various regulatory (RWA, Y9c etc) solutions. At JPMorgan, he was the Head of Collateral Data Technology and helped in the build out of an automated collateral optimization platform. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs as the technology executive within a $25 million program to remediate end-to-end capital markets flows to meet global regulatory requirements. At Citigroup, he was the Global Head of Equities Analytics, Sales and Regulatory Systems. While at Citigroup, Rajeev managed the implementation of real time data warehouses and analytics systems to meet algorithmic trading, sales metrics and global regulatory regulations. In addition, he led the successful rollout of CRM system for more than 3000 Citigroup Research and Sales Users.
Rajeev has dual Masters in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
Over the past 30 years, Ted has led distribution businesses across multiple channels in the United States, Europe and Asia. He has a specialized expertise in start up ventures and turnarounds. Prior to joining IQCIO as Head of Client Solutions, Ted was at Aviva Investors starting in 2010 as Managing Director of EMEA Business Development and then in 2013 was promoted to Head of Global Business Development. He was responsible for Business Development functions including: sales, client service, client investment development, marketing, product development and communications.
Ted joined Aviva Investors from PineBridge Investments (formerly AIG Investments) where he had been the Head of US Financial Institution Business Development then as the Head of European Business Development between 2006 and 2010. Before joining PineBridge/AIG, Ted was Chief Operating Officer at Bedford Oak Advisors; a New York based hedge fund. Prior to Bedford Oak Advisors, Ted spent over six years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in a variety of business development roles. His early career was spent at the Essex Corporation, covering a range of sales and distribution roles primarily through Financial Institutions.
Ted holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Marietta College and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
Marc Vosen recently retired as the President and CEO of Key Investment Services, a broker/dealer, registered investment advisory firm and insurance agency serving the investment and insurance needs for the retail, wealth and business banking divisions of Key Bank. The firm consists of 240 dedicated Financial Advisors and 1350 licensed bank employees throughout Key’s footprint.
Prior to joining Key, Marc spent 11 years in a number of senior management positions at FirstMerit Bank including President and CEO of FirstMerit Investment Services where he managed the overall operations of FirstMerit Securities, FirstMerit Insurance Agency, and FirstMerit Commercial Credit Insurance Company. In addition he served as a member of FirstMerit’s Management Committee.
Prior to FirstMerit, Marc was Program Manager and Senior Financial Consultant with 1st Nationwide Bank. Before entering the bank channel, he spent 13 years with Merrill Lynch, Kidder Peabody, and Shearson Lehman Hutton where he had regional responsibilities for the sale of life insurance and annuities.
Marc currently serves on the board and executive committee for the Bank Insurance & Securities Association (BISA). He has received the title of President Emeritus and was elected into the Circle of Excellence. Marc also serves on the board of IRI.
Mr. Livingston is currently a Partner at Nova Infrastructure firm specializing in investments of infrastructure in the energy, transportation, environmental services, and other sectors in North America. Before joining Nova, he was a senior partner at Pinnacle and a member of Pinnacle’s distribution, origination and deal-management teams.
Prior to joining Pinnacle Trust Partners, LLC, Mr. Livingston was a Managing Director with PineBridge Investments in New York. He joined the firm with the acquisition of American General Investment Management (“AGIM”) in 2001 and was responsible for institutional business development and client services focusing on the insurance sector.
Before joining PineBridge Investments, Mr. Livingston was a Vice President of the Business Development and Client Service Insurance Group at the Trust Company of the West (“TCW”). He was a Director of Client Services at Insurance Advisory Services, providing consultation to insurance entities. Mr. Livingston began his career as a Taxable Fixed Income Trader at Rittenhouse Capital Management.
Mr. Livingston received a B.A. in Accounting from Widener University.
Mike is a senior investment management professional with proven success in institutional and retail marketing, sales and business unit leadership within a complex platform.
Mike is a Principal at Ring Mountain Capital Advisors advising institutional-quality investment teams on capital raising strategies and executing on those plans. Prior to that, he was a Principal at Silver Portal Capital where he raised private equity capital ranging between $50-$250 million. Before that, he was a Managing Director at AIG Investments responsible for business development for the Asia Pacific MENA region.
