You may decline to provide personal information to IQCIO, except where such information is necessary to enable a feature of the Site [or our Services]. Data Sharing & Third-Party Website Practices  

 

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties that are not service providers without your prior notice except we will share with persons testing our compliance with industry standards; our attorneys, accountants, and auditors; and as permitted or required by law and contract such as when we reasonably believe it is necessary or appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or violations of our Terms and Conditions. For example, service providers include SentryLogin, Mailchimp and Salesforce.

 

We are permitted to disclose the non-public personal information about you to governmental agencies and other third parties in certain circumstances such as third parties that perform administrative, archiving, marketing or other services on our behalf or when compelled by a court of law or administrative agency.  These third parties are prohibited from using or sharing the information for any other purpose.
