Rajeev Nedunuri, Managing Partner

Rajeev Nedunuri, Managing Partner

Rajeev Nedunuri is a senior technology management professional with more than 20 years of experience in defining IT strategy and leading the implementation of mission critical technology systems within the Capital Markets Departments of some of the largest global Investment Banks. He has specialized expertise in Equities, Research, Sales, Regulatory Compliance, Derivatives, Operations and IT Strategy.

Prior to joining IQCIO as CTO, Rajeev provided consulting services to RBC and led the strategic architecture and implementation of various regulatory (RWA, Y9c etc) solutions. At JPMorgan, he was the Head of Collateral Data Technology and helped in the build out of an automated collateral optimization platform. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs as the technology executive within a $25 million program to remediate end-to-end capital markets flows to meet global regulatory requirements. At Citigroup, he was the Global Head of Equities Analytics, Sales and Regulatory Systems. While at Citigroup, Rajeev managed the implementation of real time data warehouses and analytics systems to meet algorithmic trading, sales metrics and global regulatory regulations. In addition, he led the successful rollout of CRM system for more than 3000 Citigroup Research and Sales Users.

Rajeev has dual Masters in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.

Edward Potter, Managing Partner

Over the past 30 years, Edward(Ted) Potter has led distribution businesses across multiple channels in the United States, Europe and Asia. He has a specialized expertise in start up ventures and turnarounds. Prior to joining IQCIO as Head of Client Solutions, Ted was at Aviva Investors starting in 2010 as Managing Director of EMEA Business Development and then in 2013 was promoted to Head of Global Business Development. He was responsible for Business Development functions including: sales, client service, client investment development, marketing, product development and communications.

Ted joined Aviva Investors from PineBridge Investments (formerly AIG Investments) where he had been the Head of US Financial Institution Business Development then as the Head of European Business Development between 2006 and 2010. Before joining PineBridge/AIG, Ted was Chief Operating Officer at Bedford Oak Advisors; a New York based hedge fund. Prior to Bedford Oak Advisors, Ted spent over six years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in a variety of business development roles. His early career was spent at the Essex Corporation, covering a range of sales and distribution roles primarily through Financial Institutions.

Ted holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Marietta College and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Mike is a senior investment management professional with proven success in institutional and retail marketing, sales and business unit leadership within a complex platform.

Mike is a Principal at Ring Mountain Capital Advisors advising institutional-quality investment teams on capital raising strategies and executing on those plans.  Prior to that, he was a Principal at Silver Portal Capital where he raised private equity capital ranging between $50-$250 million.  Before that, he was a Managing Director at AIG Investments responsible for business development for the Asia Pacific MENA region.  

Mike holds a M.S. in Marketing from California State University, Northridge and B.S. in Marketing from San Diego State University


VIJOY PAUL CHATTERGY

Vijoy P. Chattergy has over 25 years of experience in financial markets with stints in the United States, Asia and Europe. Mr. Chattergy served in leadership positions with public, private, and nonprofit sector financial services entities, covering major asset classes such as equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and alternatives.

He is the founder and president of VMLH, LLC, a consulting firm for global institutional investors. He also started Sakala Portfolio Solutions, LLC to assist with the development of portfolio construction capacities for clients.

For most of the past decade, Mr. Chattergy was primarily the Chief Investment Officer at the multi-billion dollar Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawai‘i (“HIERS”). Recognized as an innovator and thought leader, he restructured the investment program and office, improving performance to become a top quartile performing pension fund. He was awarded the 2017 Industry Innovation Award for the Public Defined Benefit Plans Between $15 Billion and $100 Billion.

In 2017, he was listed on both the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute Public Investor 100 List (#11) and the Chief Investment Officer Power 100 List (#29). Mr. Chattergy was honored by Institutional Investor with a 2015 Investor Intelligence Thought Leader Award. In 2013, he was designated a Rising Star of Public Funds by Money Management Intelligence. Prior to joining HIERS, Mr. Chattergy worked as a consultant for the East-West Center and FG Energy.

Mr. Chattergy was also a senior analyst investing in hedge funds at SPARX International Limited based in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Before relocating to Asia, Mr. Chattergy worked in New York City for Andrew Kalotay Associates and at The Bond Market Association. His financial industry career began at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in the Markets Group, which included work on the foreign exchange trading desk, foreign reserves operations, and Treasury auctions.

He earned an MBA from Cornell University and an MSc from the London School of Economics. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross, where he was a Harry S Truman Scholar and a Charles A. Dana Scholar. He holds a charter from the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA).
